This beautiful waterfront home located on Seattle’s Shilshole bay has been completely rebuilt from the inside out. Our personal favorite detail is the ceiling on the main floor - which has been finished with lathe reclaimed from the demolition of the original walls.

Another unique feature of this house is a boat slip underneath the main floor. To make use of this space, the owner commissioned an aluminum boat to be built so that he could use it as an office. We took the bare aluminum frame of the boat and furnished it in the style of a classic yacht. The Salmon inlay in the bench and the custom drawer underneath the computer are almost as beautiful as the view!
